Take advantage of the Atlassian Cloud, Atlassian's newest and most forward-looking deployment option. We offer the service of a complete migration to the Atlassian Cloud.
GET STARTED!Depending on the complexity of your system, it is high time to consider migration. Atlassian Server Support will end on February 15, 2024, after which there will be no more security updates for Atlassian Server systems and Marketplace Apps. Technical support and troubleshooting from Atlassian will also cease at that time. This poses significant security risks and makes it difficult to migrate at a later date. In most cases we can complete a server to cloud migration within a few months - but there are also cases where it takes longer. It depends on your current versions, apps and the complexity of your projects. So don't hesitate and start with your free pre-assessment as soon as possible!
We ensure that all data is provided in the target environment in the best possible way.

We distinguish between complete and hybrid migration - another option is a fresh start. In general, cloud migration should be used as an opportunity to question and improve existing processes. In this way, your system will run more user-friendly and efficiently in the cloud. In a full migration, the goal is to transfer your system to the cloud as faithfully as possible. In hybrid migration, a selective approach is taken and Jira is configured for a fresh start so that it optimally fits your processes.

Jira Cloud Migration includes all the features you use in your server or data center environment. This of course includes your tasks as well as projects, Kanban or Scrum boards, custom fields, filters and much more. If you use extensions and apps, we analyze the migration possibilities of these apps. If the apps do not have a migration path, we try to remedy the situation with other apps or native functions. There is the possibility to optimize existing processes during the migration. This will be determined in the initial assessment.

Confluence cloud migrations are often underestimated. It includes migrations of all your pages to the cloud. Not only must the structure be maintained, but also links between your pages. In addition, there is the functionality of your macros and apps that needs to be verified. During a Confluence migration, we migrate Spaces, Permissions, User Groups, Authorizations, Pages and much more!
Migrating Bitbucket to the cloud is usually straightforward. Repositories and projects are transferred from a workspace, and users are moved to the cloud and assigned their licenses through user groups. This ensures that unnecessary users are not licensed. The Bitbucket migration process is similar to Jira migration, but with two main differences. First, the cloud version does not have the Bamboo continuous delivery product. Instead, the integrated Bitbucket Pipelines feature handles CD/CI functionalities. This eliminates the need for separate tools. Second, forked repositories cannot be migrated. Prior to the migration, all open pull requests from forks must be merged to avoid data loss.
The Atlassian Cloud Migration Handbook covers all the steps of successful cloud migration and gives you important tips to keep in mind during your cloud migration

Before the migration starts, we look at the scope of your systems. We look at the number of users, apps and other components that will help make a good decision.
Then, we assess your requirements and decide when cloud migration is right for you. This is also where we analyze your current landscape and start building your migration team.
Once we have worked out your goal, we can start planning the technical and operational aspects of your migration. Here we jointly select your migration strategy and method and define the project and schedule.
As your plan takes shape, we can begin preparing your domain and users for migration to the cloud. During this phase, we'll help you upgrade your product to a supported version and clean up your data and users so everything is ready for migration.
The plan is in place and solid? Then we can start testing. This is an important step to ensure your production migration goes smoothly. At this point, we prepare any training materials your teams may need to get used to life in the cloud.
Once the tests are complete and everything is running smoothly, we work together to pick a date for the migration. We make sure that your systems are offline at a convenient time and for as short a time as possible.
Your cloud products are online and ready to go. We help you get started and get your teams on board. We provide them with guides to help you work in your cloud sites and get your teams started.
Atlassian Analytics is specifically designed for Cloud Enterprise customers who use Jira Software, Jira Service Management, or Confluence.
Much time has passed since Atlas was unveiled at Atlassian Team22, and Atlas' progress has been unstoppable.
Atlassian has introduced Atlassian Intelligence, an AI-based virtual assistant that combines the company's models with OpenAI's language models to create customized teamwork graphs. This will allow for AI-generated summaries in Confluence and test plans in Jira Software, as well as rewritten responses in Jira Service Management. These features will only be available in Atlassian's cloud-based products, not the data center versions.
If you are looking for a secure way to share Confluence pages outside your organization, Public Links might be the solution you need.
After the end of support date, Atlassian and Marketplace Partners will no longer provide technical support for any issues, security updates, or bug fixes for Server.
We would like to introduce you to Adrien Landecker. Adrien has already been working at STAGIL for 7 years, is an Atlassian consultant and team coach. Adrien is responsible for the team area management of the North German region and organizes the projects together with his teammates.
