Course Content:

In the Kanban training, you will learn about the agile method that optimizes the processing of tasks in teams or by individuals. You will learn how to make projects faster and more efficient with the help of Kanban. With the help of Kanban, process flows are visualized, e.g. with cards on a board, to identify bottlenecks and shorten lead times.
Our training teaches you the basics of the practical application of Kanban. The goal is to introduce Kanban, which can reduce unproductive switching back and forth between different tasks and thus increase team productivity.

Kanban Method

You will learn what the Kanban method entails and how to apply it in your company. Teams working according to the Kanban method are characterized by great flexibility, high speed and outstanding quality.

Agile working method

You will learn how to implement Kanban in a team and understand why Kanban teams are agile. You will also learn how to compare Kanban with other agile working methods such as Lean and Scrum.
