Dovetailing IT service management with the agile concepts of Kanban, DevOps, and Lean rounds out the foundation of modern, fast, and optimally customer-focused IT. Agile process design and agile process improvement ensure that the agile principles are already applied in the process design - and that the processes remain straightforward and lean. This means that IT can always deliver added value, even when requirements change.

Course Content: 

 

This training introduces the Scrum methodology as a means of designing agile service management. It applies the functions, elements and events used in Scrum to ITSM to understand their application to processes. To this end, the two aforementioned aspects of agile service management are covered - Agile Process Design and Agile Process Improvement. You will come to understand that ITSM best practices and agile approaches go hand in hand to ensure the long-term success of IT and customers. During the training, you will also learn the necessary language usage.
