Likewise, how you can use Scrum to efficiently bring products to market that delight customers. You will also learn how to effectively capture requirements and continuously improve processes in your organization.

What is agile anyway? What constitutes it and most importantly, why should your organization of all organizations work agile? Based on these questions, you will explore a spectrum of agile frameworks and methods in the Agile Foundation training together with our certified trainers. From the initial approach to the finished product. You will understand the meaning of agile, internalize agile values and principles, recognize the difference from traditional project management and understand how agile changes an organization and its culture.
