Our recruiting is fast and uncomplicated. The best way to start is with an online application, as this is the most efficient way for us to process your documents.

As soon as we have received your application, we will give you feedback after an initial review of your documents. 

Afterwards, we would like to meet you in person. For this purpose, we offer web meetings via Microsoft teams or a platform of your choice. 

If everything is right and the chemistry is right, we look forward to welcoming you to the team. Our onboarding process will then start immediately. 

STAGIL Onboarding:


Includes all the activities we do before you start with us. This includes choosing a buddy, ordering your hardware, and scheduling the first appointments with you.
