You are the interface to our customers in order to accompany the digital transformation
You analyze the requirements and needs of the customers and implement them in the Atlassian tools
As a communication talent you form the interface between customers and internal specialists
You plan the integration of the Atlassian software independently with the customers and handle it efficiently
Training and workshops at our customers are a welcome change to the home office for you (10% willingness to travel within the DACH region)
You can identify yourself with the requirements of the customers and set impulses to develop the potentials of the customers further
You are a creative mind and help customers to get the most out of Atlassian tools
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in Atlassian Jira consulting / solution design
You can configure and administer Atlassian products and the system landscape
You have fluent German skills, written and orally
You enjoy solving tricky requirements of customers from various industries and departments and implementing them in a customer-specific way
You are service-oriented and respond to customer needs independently and with commitment
You are communicative and enjoy working in a young team
You have a good understanding of customer-specific requirements and data modeling
You are flexible and able to react spontaneously to new requirements and to include them in your planning.

Experience with agile methods (SCRUM, Kanban)
Ideally you have worked in technical support before
Knowledge with Jira workflows, authorization schemes, notification schemes or mask schemes
You have experience as an administrator / power user level with Atlassian products (especially Jira) in medium to large corporations
You already have an Atlassian certification? Perfect!
